Course Introduction

About Dr. Adam Howell

Adam grew up in East Tennessee, and attended East Tennessee State University for undergraduate degrees in Microbiology and Chemistry.  He met his wife, Liz, while at ETSU.  They were married in 2004 and now have four children, Noah (9), Tovah (7), Judah (5), and Norah (4).  Adam began studying at Southern Seminary in the Fall of 2003 and completed his M.Div. in Biblical and Theological Studies in December 2007.  He began the Ph.D. in Old Testament Studies in 2008 and finished that degree in May of 2015.  Adam is Assistant Professor of Old Testament Interpretation at Boyce College, the undergraduate school at Southern Seminary.
