Christmas is often called the “most wonderful time of the year,” but it is also the time when family relationships can be the most strained. We heap up expectations of cherished time with the people we love most, but those same people may disappoint us or bring out our insecurities.

On this podcast, Dr. Gordon Bals joins me to talk about how to handle family time during the holidays.
