Teaching Sunday School at my church tomorrow, and then the teenagers there tomorrow night, on my favorite subject: the kingdom of God.
— Russell Moore (@drmoore) April 22, 2017
I couldn’t help but wonder what Moore would teach in an hour about the enormous subject of the kingdom of God—and how he’d do so to teenagers. I finally got the chance to ask him at the headquarters of the Ethics and Religious Liberty Commission in Nashville.
In our discussion, Moore explains what the kingdom is, how teachers often teach it wrongly, and what it may cost us to confront the comfortable with the Bible’s teaching about God’s kingdom.
