Burk Parsons has a nice biographical overview of R.C. Sproul’s life—how he met his wife (first grade), how he came to the Lord, his doctoral studies in the Netherlands under G.K. Berkouwer, how he started Ligonier, and how the Lord called him into the pastor at the age of 58.
