Benjamin Myers

Benjamin Myers (PhD, Washington University in St. Louis) is director of Oklahoma Baptist University’s Great Books honors program and professor of literature and English. He was the 2015–16 poet laureate of Oklahoma and is the author our books of poetry and three books of nonfiction. He serves as a deacon and Bible study teacher at Chandler First Baptist Church in Chandler, Oklahoma. His most recent book is An Invitation to the Liberal Arts.
