This will be accomplished by prayerfully assisting the Ranch Director and the managers under the Ranch Director with programs to encourage spiritual growth and development for both staff members and children.
World Gospel Outreach is looking for the right person to join our team as the Spiritual Life Coordinator at Rancho Ebenezer in Tegucigalpa, Honduras. The essence of this position is to help build a true Christian Community and a strategic discipleship plan. This will be accomplished by prayerfully assisting the Ranch Director and the managers under the Ranch Director with programs to encourage spiritual growth and development for both staff members and children. The Spiritual Life Coordinator will oversee development and assist in implementing these programs with the goal of encouraging attitudes that reflect maturity of faith. These programs may include, but are not limited to, the twice-weekly chapel programs and periodic small group experiences. The Spiritual Life Coordinator will also strive to create opportunities to enhance worship, discipleship, personal development and the spiritual lives of staff members and children at the Ranch.
