Andrew Smith

Andrew Smith (MA, Appalachian State University) has spent nearly two decades leading human resources operations and talent management teams and programs. He is the founder of Rockwell Fellowship, a leadership coaching and talent advisory practice, and he’s accredited with the International Coaching Federation. He and his wife, Carly, live with their three children in Annandale, Virginia, where they attend The Falls Church Anglican.
