Our church is looking for an Assistant Pastor that, alongside our Pastor and Elders, can minister to our families and help them grow deeper in Christ. He would oversee our small group ministry, children’s ministry, and develop and oversee our student ministries. In addition to these roles he would also preach, lead worship, attend session meetings, invest in small groups and care for our volunteers.
Pastoral oversight to include: Small Group Ministries, Nursery and Children’s Ministries, Student Ministries, Volunteer training & congregational care.

Passion for evangelism and the Church
Qualification:
Masters-level (or higher) degree from a theological institution or seminary
Experience working in a professional ministry or church setting
Agreement with the fundamentals of Reformed Theology
A strong and durable personal relationship with the Lord
Ordained or willingness to pursue ordination in the PCA
Experience leading others in relational discipleship
Experience leading small groups
Preaching and/or teaching experience
Experience in ministering and serving children and teens
