Registration Questions

You are able to transfer your registration by using the edit link at the bottom of your confirmation email. Transfers are the responsibility of the two parties involved. TGC is not responsible to arrange payment for transferred registration.

Yes! If you will have a group of 10+ attendees, please email [email protected] to receive a discount code for your group.

When you register you will have the opportunity to register for your breakout sessions. For those who have previously registered, you should have received an email with instructions on choosing your breakout sessions. If you didn’t receive this email, please contact us at [email protected].

Email [email protected] with your full name and email address. Requests received by February 1, 2022 will receive a refund minus a $30 cancellation fee. After February 1, no refunds will be provided. 

Both! We plan to host an in-person event along with an online event for anyone who prefers to attend virtually. For those attending in-person, we will continue to work with officials at the Indiana Convention Center to ensure a safe conference for all.

We are offering a simulcast registration option, but the conference will not be publicly live-streamed. Prior to the conference, all simulcast registered attendees will receive a link to watch the sessions (either live or on-demand).

We are asking that no children (excluding infants) attend the sessions. We will have a special location for nursing mothers.

Travel Questions

Please see here for information on ground transportation options, including Uber, Lyft, car rental, etc. 

There are hundreds of restaurants in downtown Indy (near the Indianapolis Convention Center). There will also be concessions open at the Convention Center. You can find more information from Visit Indy and Downtown Indy

We are working with a number of hotels near the convention center to provide special conference pricing for attendees. Once those are available for booking, you will be able to book your reservations through a link from the conference website.

Miscellaneous Questions

Main sessions will be translated live into Spanish. Free headsets will be provided at the Information Desk. During the registration process, you will have the opportunity to sign up for this translation service.

Yes, American Sign Language (ASL) Interpretation will be offered during the main sessions. During the registration process, you will have the opportunity to sign up for this interpretation service.

Yes, we will be releasing an app for this event a few days prior to the conference.
