Both! We plan to host an in-person event along with a robust online virtual event for anyone who prefers to attend virtually. For those attending in-person, please know that we continue to work with officials at the Indiana Convention Center to ensure a safe conference for all. At this point we are limiting capacity to ensure social distancing, checking temperatures each day upon entry, along with mandatory masks according to local health guidelines.
If you are already registered you will receive and email from us on March 1 asking you to decide by the end of the day on March 5 whether you will attend TGCW21 in-person or virtually. People registering after March 2 will choose in-person or online when they check-out.
In order to comply with room capacity standards, we’ve had to rearrange the breakout sessions. We now have six breakout rounds rather than three, and these will be held in our largest rooms to allow for social distancing.
This means everyone who is attending in-person will need to re-register for these new breakout sessions. The good news is that you are now able to attend more breakouts than before! If you are joining us in Indianapolis, you will have the opportunity to choose four (instead of three) breakouts and will have access to all other sessions online. Virtual attendees will also be able to watch any and all sessions—live or on demand.

If you choose in-person, we will then ask you to select new breakouts. You will be able to select four out of the six rounds. Breakout rounds will begin on Friday, April 9, at 1:00 pm. The pre-conference has been moved to a post-conference on Sunday, April 11 from 2:00–4:00 pm. There is also a new Special Event with David Platt: The Great Imbalance on Sunday evening for our in-person attendees from 7:00–9:00 pm. Please familiarize yourself with the new conference schedule as you make your travel arrangements.
We want this conference to be as safe as possible for all our attendees, as well as our speakers. In order to comply with the City of Indianapolis requirements, all attendees, staff, speakers, and vendors will be required to wear masks whenever they are in the building, take a daily temperature check, and complete a daily health questionnaire. All rooms will also be set-up to ensure social distancing. We’ll have more details in future emails, but we want you to know that we are working diligently to make this conference safe for everyone who plans to attend in–person.
Everyone who attends online or in-person will receive access to all conference media—every keynote talk on the book of James and every breakout session—either live or on demand. We’ll also have a surprise TGC gift for all registered attendees (if you can’t join us in Indianapolis, we’ll send it to you!*). Please note that there will not be a free live stream this year, but only registered attendees will have access to the livestream and on demand media.

Melissa Kruger and Courtney Doctor have recorded Zoom calls with various speakers. Each episode is about 15 minutes, and we hope they offer encouragement and a little bit of fun in these difficult days. We Hope you will join us for “A Moment Of Steadfast Hope.“
You are able to transfer your registration by using the edit link at the bottom of your confirmation email. All changes must be made by March 15, 2021.

We are asking that no children (excluding infants) attend the sessions. We will have a special location for nursing mothers.
Yes, we will be releasing an app for this event a few days prior to the conference.
Main sessions will be translated live into Spanish. Free headsets will be provided at the Information Desk. During the registration process, you will have the opportunity to sign up for this translation service.
Yes, American Sign Language (ASL) Interpretation will be offered during the main sessions. During the registration process, you will have the opportunity to sign up for this interpretation service.
There are hundreds of restaurants in downtown Indy (near the Convention Center). There will also be concessions open at the Convention Center.
