The City of Indianapolis, in coordination with the Governor of Indiana, has suspended all gatherings of over 250 people in light of COVID-19 (coronavirus) until April 10.
The public health challenge posed by COVID-19 is still developing, therefore neither The Gospel Coalition nor the City of Indianapolis are sure what the coming weeks and months will bring.
Our staff have been praying for many months about this event and remain eager to gather with you for worship, teaching, and fellowship at the 2020 Women’s Conference. We ask for your patience and prayer as our events staff confer with officials and prepare contingency plans.
We have developed an internal task force composed of staff and medical professionals who are monitoring the situation closely. This group is in regular contact with officials from the State of Indiana, the City of Indianapolis, and our partner hotel properties. With their guidance, in the coming weeks we will make a determination regarding TGCW20.
All registered attendees will receive an email update in the event that we decide to alter the schedule, postpone, or cancel the 2020 Women’s Conference.

We are asking that no children (excluding infants) attend the sessions. We will have a special location for nursing mothers.
Email [email protected] with your full name and email address. Requests received by March 1 will receive a refund less a $30 cancellation fee. After March 1, no refund will be provided.
Main sessions will be translated live into Spanish. Free headsets will be provided at the Information Desk. During the registration process, you will have the opportunity to sign up for this translation service.
Yes, American Sign Language (ASL) Interpretation will be offered during the main sessions. During the registration process, you will have the opportunity to sign up for this interpretation service.
At the bottom of your confirmation email is a link that will allow you to edit your registration. You can use this to change your breakouts. All breakouts will be locked on May 1, and no changes are available after that date.
When you register for the conference, you will have the opportunity to register for breakouts as well. All breakout registration is on a first-come, first-serve basis, and some of the breakouts may sell-out. Most breakouts will be recorded so if your preferred breakout is sold out, you should be able to listen to it after the conference.
You are able to transfer your registration by using the edit link at the bottom of your confirmation email. All changes made by May 1 will have an updated nametag.
There will be a $5 transfer fee for transferring your registration after May 1. The new attendee will check in at the conference using the original attendee's name and go to the Information Desk to have the name updated.
Transfers are the responsibility of the two parties involved. TGC is not responsible to arrange payment for transferred registration.
There are hundreds of restaurants in downtown Indy (near the Convention Center). There will also be concessions open at the Convention Center.
