Paul Passaro is the director of finance at The Gospel Coalition and a partner at Brown-Locy Advisors whose career began on Wall Street at the bond firm of Roosevelt & Cross, Inc., and has subsequently served as the chief financial officer or chief operating officer of a number successful enterprises with as many as 1,400 employees. His management responsibilities have included leading finance, operations, strategic planning, human resources, and business development. In addition to three years of full-time mission work in South Africa, Paul has helped plant churches and served on the boards of privately-held businesses and non-profits in the US and overseas, including Thrive Farmers International. He is a cum laude graduate of Williams College with an MBA from the Kenan-Flagler Business School. Paul and his wife, Dr. Kristi Passaro, a former Epidemiological Intelligence Service fellow with the Centers for Disease Control, are the parents of Peter (US Naval Academy ’22), Annie (Grove City College ’22), and Charlie (a ninth grader) and reside in Chapel Hill, NC, where they are members of Christ Community Church.
