Dick Lucas is a minister in the Church of England and the founder of The Proclamation Trust, an organization that trains Christians in Bible exposition. He was rector of St. Helen’s, Bishopsgate, in London from 1961 to 1998 and still maintains an active preaching and teaching schedule as rector emeritus.
