Senior Pastor

at Desert Foothills Baptist Church

United States
Determined Upon Hire USD

Job Overview

CHURCH DESCRIPTION

Desert Foothills Baptist Church is an independent Baptist Church that is passionate about Biblical truth and relevant application to our lives. We exist to glorify God in fulfilling the Great Commission through reaching, teaching, and training. We value love, integrity, holiness, people, and unity.

We are seeking a full-time senior pastor who will lead and shepherd us with an unwavering commitment to God’s Word. Our previous pastor served our church for 25 years. He voluntarily resigned without solicitation as he believed he and the church would benefit from a change in leadership.

We are in the desert of Northwest Tucson. Our surrounding community is made up primarily of families and people of retirement age. Our congregation is warm and friendly. Our music is conservative (hymns and praise songs), and we use the ESV in the pulpit. We are a smaller congregation made up mostly of retirement age and some families.
