We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead and expand our Faith-Based Tours division across the USA and Canada. This is a unique opportunity to develop and manage partnerships with faith-based organizations, churches, and other religious groups, creating unforgettable travel experiences tailored to their specific needs. Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Develop the Faith-Based Tours Division: Spearhead the growth of our faith-based tours business by developing and executing a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy.
  • Identify and Build Partnerships: Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers in churches, religious organizations, and faith-based institutions across the USA and Canada.
  • Drive Sales Growth: Generate new business opportunities through networking, outreach, and targeted sales efforts, meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Product Development: Collaborate with the operations and marketing teams to design tailored travel packages for faith-based groups, ensuring the product offering aligns with the specific needs and interests of these communities.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients, delivering excellent customer service and ensuring repeat business.
  • Market Research and Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands to provide strategic insights and recommendations for product enhancements.
  • Represent the Company at Industry Events: Attend religious conferences, trade shows, and other relevant events to build brand awareness and network with potential partners.

Qualifications:

  • Proven Sales and Business Development Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a business development role, preferably within the travel industry, and experience in selling group or faith-based travel products is a plus.
  • Strong Network in Faith-Based Communities: Demonstrated connections with churches, religious organizations, or faith-based groups in the USA and/or Canada.
  • Excellent Communication and Negotiation Skills: Ability to engage with senior decision-makers and negotiate successful partnerships.
  • Self-Motivated and Target-Driven: Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Passion for Travel: A deep understanding and passion for travel and group experiences, particularly those tailored for faith-based audiences.
  • Remote Work Experience: Comfortable working in a remote environment with minimal supervision while staying connected to team goals and company culture.
