Heavenly Father, I confess what you already know. I don’t really enjoy being around “negative people”—those for whom no glass is half-full or half-empty, because every glass is broken. That being said, thank for you being SO negative—for giving us the incomparable riches and “positives” of these 10 “No’s”
- No condemnation for our sin – “There is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus” Rom.8:1.
- No separation from God’s love. “Nothing will ever be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord” Rom.8:39.
- No temptation is greater than God’s provision of grace. “God will not allow you to be temptation beyond your ability to endure. When you are tempted, he will show you a way out”1:13.
- No possibility of losing or forfeiting our salvation. “I am sure of this, that he who began a good work in you will bring it to completion at the day of Jesus Christ” Phil.1:6.
- No cessation of Jesus’ prayers for us. “Jesus completely saves those who come to God through him, because he always lives to intercede for them” Heb.7:25.
- No chance we won’t be 100% like Jesus one Day—whole, healed, and loving. “We know that when Jesus appears we shall be like him, because we shall see him as he is”3:2
- No crisis, failure, loss, or heartache is excluded from Romans 8:28. “God is at work in all things for the good of those who love him.”
- No possibility we can fathom the perfection and greatness of the life we’ll enjoy in the new heaven and new earth. “No eye has seen, ear heard, or mind imagined what God has prepared for those who love him” 1Cor.2:9.
- No tear we have ever wept will be left up-wiped and it’s pain unredeemed. “God will wipe every tear out of their eyes” Rev.21:4.
Thank you Abba. So Very Amen
