Portuguese is the sixth-largest language group in the world, and the official language of Brazil—home of the 2016 Rio Olympics. Thanks to the diligence of dozens of gifted volunteer translators who speak Portuguese, we currently have more than 1,000 Portuguese-language resources in our TGC Resource Library, with more being translated each week.

Your giving during the Olympics and through August will help us expand the reach of these gospel-centered resources in Portuguese. Our prayer is that the Lord will use these resources to grow robustly biblical, theologically driven, gospel-centered ministry in Brazil and beyond.

Is there enough evidence for us to believe the Gospels?

In an age of faith deconstruction and skepticism about the Bible’s authority, it’s common to hear claims that the Gospels are unreliable propaganda. And if the Gospels are shown to be historically unreliable, the whole foundation of Christianity begins to crumble.
But the Gospels are historically reliable. And the evidence for this is vast.
