    Please help me understand your view of Richard Baxter’s Directory, as I am finding it to be helpful to my Christian walk. As I read it, the spirit brings conviction, which leads me to repentance and a new awareness of what it is to be holy. “Since we have these promises, beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from every defilement of body and spirit, bringing holiness to completion in the fear of God.” 2 Cor 7:1 I am finding more zeal, more joy, more delight in God’s law than ever before.
