We know that there is no such thing as a perfect pastor, so we also know that every man in ministry is susceptible to temptation. What are the temptations that are resident to the life and ministry of a pastor and how do we work to build a culture of help around the pastor that promotes realistic expectations, functional honesty, and daily protection? If you are a pastor, this session will help you to examine how you are doing and if you are a fellow leader, this session will help you to determine how you can better relate to and care for your pastor.
