Mark Dever is the senior pastor of Capitol Hill Baptist Church in Washington, D.Cl, and president of 9Marks. Voddie Baucham Jr. is dean of the seminary at African Christian University in Lusaka, Zambia. Bill Kynes is the senior pastor of Cornerstone Evangelical Free Church in Annandale, Virginia. All three men are TGC Council members.
